Loved this. Been going through something so similar. How did you deal with your chronic fatigue? What helped its subside?

To be honest, the only thing that has really made a difference is that they’ve put my thyroid medication up, but because of Hashimotos I can’t store iron very well so I take iron supplements that include folic and ferritin and B12 which can make a big difference. The other thing is just being really aware of how I’m feeling and to not push myself. So if I need a lie down I will. Or if I don’t feel like I can do something like go for a walk etc, I just don’t. It’s been a learning curve in self-compassion because I’m definitely someone who likes to do as much as possible! Xx

That was so relatable! I've been on iron (folic + ferritin), B12 and Omega 3 for 6 months. i have finally started regaining some form of energy. This has been a huge learning for me too - to know and accept what one is at the moment and not form an identity attachment with a self that was more energetic and just did more. I hope you feel better gradually. I have also been doing a lot of nuts, seeds and saffron plus anti-inflammatory diet. These are helping too.
